With a new operating model focused on service, design and development this was a unique opportunity for someone with a high level of senior development skills capable of line managing a team of developers. The success person would play a key role in leading the specialist development team, ensuring the delivery, development, implementation and support for the information systems, applications and platforms to an appropriate level.
Utilising King Recruit’s extensive technical database and network both offline and online, we mapped the market, benchmarked the salary and package on offer and undertook video interviews to aid the speed of process required.
The successful candidate was appointed within a 6 week period ahead of schedule, and successfully headhunted from one of Exeter’s leading technology employers.
