Business Development Manager (Digital Advertising)

Up to £35k + £50K-£60K Commission

Overview of your role as Digital Business Development Manager:

The role is field-based covering the Solihull area.

The role will involve self-generating the majority of your appointments for the week. You will be developing relationships with key decision-makers within businesses, securing deals, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered throughout the sales process.

Your Responsibilities as a Digital Business Development Manager:

  • Achieve sales targets and self-generate leads
  • Manage new and existing relationships with customers
  • Utilize the in-house CRM system for effective sales activities
  • Devise sales plans to illustrate projected sales and how this will be achieved
  • Develop a strategic portfolio of clients/key accounts and nurture these accounts to increase sales opportunities whilst also meeting clients’ needs
  • Provide excellent levels of customer service and answer any queries, enhancing the customer experience with the business
  • Enjoy working within a high-performance team environment

Your Key Skills, Experience & Attributes:

  • Proven B2B experience within a B2B business – ideally within a field based / account management led position selling in to SME Businesses.
  • Self-motivated
  • Target driven
  • Ability to think outside of the box
  • Consultative, with solid commercial awareness
  • Ambitious

Salary / Perks / Benefits:

  • £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission c£50-£60K +
  • Excellent on-going training
