We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Consultant to join a rapidly growing and innovative business.

As a Data Consultant, you will play a critical role in extracting, analyzing, and presenting insights from data streams to optimize and enhance decision-making processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, and researchers, to identify data needs, gather requirements, and define data collection processes.
  • Collect, cleanse, and pre-process large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Develop and implement data-driven models, algorithms, and visualizations to uncover valuable insights.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of industry data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that inform strategic decision-making and risk assessment.
  • Create informative and visually appealing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to enhance data infrastructure, optimize data collection processes, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Participate in client interactions, offering data-driven insights and explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, investment analysis, or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization libraries (Seaborn, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for data-driven optimization.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working in finance, investment management, or related industries is a plus.
