Our client, a full-service ad agency based in North Devon is looking to recruit a Digital Media Manager to join their growing team.

The entrepreneurial nature of the agency offers great scope and opportunities for the right individual.

Our client is offering:

  • £25k-£35k PA plus benefits
  • Monday-Friday 0900-1730 (1700 on Fridays)
  • North Devon based office – option for some time working from home (20 days)

The Role:

Our client is responsible for managing c.£1m of digital budgets for their clients. The majority of this is PPC with the balance being split between GDN/Programmatic, Remarketing & Paid Social. They launched SEO in 2017 and this has grown consistently there are ambitious plans for further expansion.

The person:

The successful candidate will be AdWords qualified with a detailed working knowledge of the Google, Bing & Facebook platforms as well as a thorough understanding of Analytics. It’s likely (but not critical) that they will be experienced with other digital platforms as well. And where there are knowledge gaps, they will be quick to learn and adapt – remaining open to new ideas, platforms, and technologies.

They will have a proven track record of success in developing accounts from scratch or rebuilding those they inherit to deliver tangible results. They might be conversant with scripts and/or Google Data Studio.

The right person will be organised, numerate and confident in Excel & Google Sheets. They will be a team player with a can-do attitude, keen to teach, as much as to learn from others. The successful candidate will work as part of the team and support the account teams in developing recommendations to meet the diverse briefs from clients. They will need to have an analytical mind and be able to provide concise yet incisive post-campaign analyses, and then use those learnings to inform future campaigns.

They will be deadline-oriented, able to manage under pressure, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once when required whilst always maintaining a keen eye for detail.
