Job description

Do you want to work with a forward-thinking, fast-growing, passionate local SME-based company, you will be part of a small, supportive but busy team, where you will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function, ensuring that

HR needs are met and acting as a source of support for Stakeholders and SLT.
This position would suit someone looking for flexibility in their working day and part-time hours, roughly 25 hours per week.

This is initially a contract role but could have the potential to turn permanent.

Salary / Benefits

  • £20k – £24k Pro rata salary

Main Duties

  • Act as a point of contact for partners, managers, and employees to provide advice on employment law and support on employee relations issues.
  • Support the Recruitment Adviser in recruitment processes.
  • Be responsible for the administration and maintenance of central personnel records, HR database and sensitive data and ensure all administration processes are followed, as required.
  • Maintain HR software databases.
  • Starter and Leaver process management

About you

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organiser with the ability to work on several projects at one time
  • HR Admin experience 1 year
