Sales Administrator

Our client, a multi award winning company based in Exeter, are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to help manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to the receipt of a purchase order.

Reporting to the CEO, the Client Account Administrator will ensure meticulous records are kept of all customer contacts and liaise with other departments to ensure outstanding customer service.

  • Maintain and further develop their CRM system (Zoho)
  • Ensure all enquiries are logged and correctly assigned
  • Schedule meetings with customers and manage any travel arrangements
  • Take notes of key customer meetings and expedite actions
  • Contact customers to answer queries and obtain information
  • Assist with the preparation of scope of work documents
  • Receive and process Purchase Orders
  • Provide Finance with accurate and timely sales invoice information
  • Compile sales reports for weekly and monthly meetings


  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Report writing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving, dynamic environment


  • Previous experience in sales administration essential
  • Experience with Zoho or similar CRM software
  • Sales reporting
