Two brand new consultants have joined us this October to help build King Recruit’s expanding portfolio and build on our success.
Sam Rothwell and Magda King have joined us from different backgrounds.
Here’s what they have to offer:
Sam Rothwell
Meet Sam. Sam approached King Recruit to assist with his job search, we liked him so much we offered him a job with us! Sam has a vast wealth of experience in business development, starting his career at Riverford Organics and moving up through the ranks as one of their top Business Development Managers. Sam isn’t your typical salesperson; His focus has always been on relationships and getting to know the business inside out which is one of the reasons Sam has been so successful.
Here at King Recruit Sam will be handling all things business development and digital, he has a vast knowledge in this area and can’t wait to apply them to his new position.
Sam is vegan and a self-confessed foodie; he loves experimenting in the kitchen and we are more than happy to try his creations in the office. In his spare time Sam is an avid sports fan, he’s played rugby since he was 7, playing for South West England and Devon.
Sam is constantly learning and has trained as a personal trainer, a barber, a book-keeper and most recently as a Digital Marketer.
In his downtime, Sam spends his time with his wife Poppy and their dog Lola.
Magda King
Meet Magda. After searching for an IT Recruiter we found Magda. Magda originates from a strong hospitality and recruitment background – and she previously worked for the famous ‘first dates’ restaurant in London. Magda is bursting with energy and enthusiasm which she applies to all aspects of her role, she has a real appetite for recruitment. After previously working on a broad spectrum of industries in her last role, Magda joined us to specialise in her passion of all things ‘Tech and IT’, heading up the Tech Division for King Recruit.
Magda loves the buzz and constantly evolving world of tech recruitment. Magda moved to Devon 7 years ago with her husband Mat and hasn’t looked back since!
In Magda’s spare time she spends time with Mat and their Basset Hound Dave, going on very slow short walks! Magda loves cross-fit and is starting her Krav Maga training soon in which she used to hold a yellow belt. Magda’s personal goal is to climb Kilimanjaro by 2021.
