Are you an HR Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an HR Manager to provide a comprehensive HR service to support the continued investment in people, processes, the physical environment and tools to realise a high-performance culture.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, long-standing, local business. Amongst other things, you’ll oversee recruitment, training and development, employee relations along with day-to-day HR support.

- £40 – £45k salary

Main Duties
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Experience in coaching managers on people processes and developing the tools and training necessary to embed this.
- Resilient and persistent, not afraid to have challenging conversations.
- Updating training and implementing new employee initiatives.
- Strong IT skills, particularly excel.
- Experience in managing, engaging stakeholders and driving forward HR projects.
- Able to flex your approach to adapt to the needs of an evolving, growing and changing environment.
- Being proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Collate monthly payroll data
- Recruitment, onboarding, reference checks, RTW documents, arranging work visa.
About you
- Excellent generalist HR knowledge, including in-depth knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
- Engaging and structured communication style, with the ability to engage confidentially with all levels across the business and deliver complex communications transparently and effectively.
- Commercial knowledge and the ability to understand business goals.
